Three friends promise one another that they’d grow old together. But circumstances have separated them. 15 years later, the death of one of them reunites Rith - now a police officer - and Sovan, now a small gangster who just robbed the chief of his gang. On the journey to the south of Cambodia, Rith chasses his dream of becoming Elvis Presley while  Sovan is been chased by the gang.
